How to use
- Use the mouthwash twice daily; morning and evening or after brushing your teeth.
- Unscrew the cap from the bottle and take the required measure of 10ml, you may use a cup or measure cap if available.
- Rinally, rinse the mouthwash thoroughly around your mouth, focusing on areas like gums, tongue and teeth for about 1 minute.
- After rinsing, spit out the mouthwash; do not swallow.
- Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after use for optimal results.
- Repeat these steps twice a day or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
- Remember: This product is suitable for use by adults and children over 6 years. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes.
