While our premium skincare and General Sales List (GSL) items can be added straight to your cart, certain treatments are classed as Pharmacy-only medicines. To ensure these are safe and appropriate for you, our pharmacists require a quick, confidential online consultation before approving your order.
Yes. We understand that your health and beauty concerns are private. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or the pharmacy name on the outside of the box.
We offer two fully tracked and secure delivery options. Standard Shipping is £4.99, and Express Shipping is £7.99. Regardless of the delivery speed, all orders are carefully packed and dispatched in plain, discreet packaging to completely protect your privacy.
