Our online clinic provides consultation-based access to prescription treatment for conditions including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, hay fever, migraine, period delay and weight management, always reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber before anything is supplied. And because we are a Birmingham pharmacy in the community, not just a website, you can also walk in for NHS Pharmacy First, free NHS contraception, the morning after pill, sexual health services and our travel clinic.

Are all your products and medicines genuine?
Yes. Medicosmetic is the online store of Erdington Community Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered pharmacy in Birmingham. Every medicine and product is sourced from verified manufacturers and regulated UK wholesalers, exactly as you would find in any high street pharmacy, and you can verify our registration on the GPhC register.
Why do some items need a questionnaire before I can buy them?
Because they are Pharmacy (P) medicines, which by law need a pharmacist to check they are safe and suitable for you. The questions take under a minute at checkout, our pharmacist reviews the answers before dispatch, and may contact you or decline supply if something is not right. General sale items and skincare go straight in your basket as normal.
How does the online clinic work?
You fill out a short confidential medical form and choose a preferred treatment. A UK-registered prescriber reviews it and approves treatment only where it is clinically appropriate, and may suggest an alternative or your GP instead. If approved, it is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered discreetly. Supply is never guaranteed, and you are not charged for medicine that is not supplied.
Is your packaging discreet?
Completely. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or the pharmacy name on the outside. Whether you have ordered vitamins or a sensitive treatment, the parcel looks the same from the outside.
How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
Standard tracked delivery is 4.99 and express tracked delivery is 7.99, both in plain packaging. Orders are dispatched by our pharmacy team once any required checks are complete, which for pharmacy medicines and prescription treatments includes the pharmacist or prescriber review.
Can I return my order?
Unopened, unused skincare and general products can be returned within 14 days. For safety and legal reasons we cannot accept returns of dispensed medicines, including pharmacy-only and prescription treatments, even unopened, which is standard for every UK pharmacy. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
