Simple and quick

How it works

Choose and complete the form

Pick your condition and answer a short, confidential set of health questions online, in minutes, whenever suits you. No appointment, no waiting room, no explaining yourself twice.

Reviewed by a UK prescriber

A registered prescriber personally reviews your answers and approves treatment only where it is clinically appropriate. They may ask follow-up questions, suggest an alternative, or advise seeing your GP.

Dispensed and delivered

Approved treatment is dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy and posted in plain packaging with tracking, usually within days. Clear instructions and pharmacist support come with it.

Supply is never guaranteed, and that is a feature, not a flaw. It means a clinician is genuinely checking that treatment is right for you. You are not charged for medicine that is not supplied, and where we decline, we will always tell you what we suggest instead.

Good to know

Is the online clinic right for you?

  • You are 18 or over and live in the UK
  • Your condition is one we treat, and you can answer the health questions honestly and fully
  • You understand treatment depends on a prescriber agreeing it is appropriate for you
  • You are ordering for yourself, since consultations and medicines are personal to the patient

When online care is the wrong tool

Online clinics are brilliant for the right things and dangerous for the wrong ones, so here is the honest line.

  • Chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe allergic reactions or any emergency, call 999 now, not a website
  • New, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms need a doctor who can examine you in person, so see your GP or call NHS 111
  • Unexplained weight loss, bleeding, lumps or symptoms that keep returning need proper investigation, not repeat online treatment
  • If you are in mental health crisis, call 111 and select the mental health option, or 999 if there is immediate danger

We also recommend letting your GP know about treatment we provide, and with your consent we can do that for you, because joined-up care is safer care. For urgent advice any time, call NHS 111.

Common questions

Online clinic FAQs

How does the online clinic actually work?
Three steps. You choose your condition and complete a confidential online health questionnaire. A UK-registered prescriber personally reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate, sometimes asking follow-up questions. If approved, your treatment is dispensed by our own GPhC-registered pharmacy in Birmingham and delivered in plain, tracked packaging.
Is this legitimate and safe?
Yes, and you can verify rather than take our word. Medicines are dispensed by Erdington Community Pharmacy, GPhC Premises Number 1107990, which you can look up on the General Pharmaceutical Council register, and every consultation is reviewed by a prescriber registered with the relevant UK regulator. We are also a physical pharmacy you can phone or walk into, which is worth checking any online pharmacy for.
Why can I not see medicines and prices before consulting?
Because UK law rightly prevents pharmacies from advertising prescription-only medicines to the public, a rule that protects patients from being sold treatment before anyone checks it is safe for them. Specific options, brands and prices are discussed within your consultation, where a clinician is involved. Any site openly advertising prescription medicines to you is cutting corners you should not let them cut.
What happens if my consultation is declined?
You are not charged for medicine that is not supplied, ever. The prescriber will explain the decision and suggest what to do instead, which might be a different treatment, a pharmacy medicine, or seeing your GP where something needs examination or investigation. A decline is the system protecting you, not a sales tactic gone wrong.
Is it confidential, and will my GP know?
Your consultation is confidential and handled under UK data protection law, and parcels are plain and unbranded. We do recommend letting your GP know about treatment you receive, because joined-up records make your care safer, and with your consent we can inform them for you. For some ongoing treatments the prescriber may require GP awareness as a condition of safe supply, and will tell you if so.
How quickly will my treatment arrive?
Most consultations are reviewed quickly, and approved orders are dispensed by our pharmacy team and posted with tracking, typically arriving within a few days. Standard tracked delivery is 4.99 and express is 7.99. If the prescriber needs to ask you something, responding promptly keeps things moving.
Can I order for my partner or someone else?
No, and no legitimate clinic will. The consultation must be completed by the person who will take the treatment, because the prescriber's decision is based entirely on that person's health. Medicines supplied to one person can be unsafe for another, even for the same condition. If someone you care about needs help, point them our way and we will look after them properly.

Proper treatment, without the waiting room

Choose your condition, complete a confidential form, and let a UK prescriber take it from there. Reviewed properly, dispensed by our own pharmacy, delivered discreetly.
