Checked by our pharmacist
Pharmacy medicines are reviewed by our pharmacist before dispatch, exactly as they would be at the counter. We may contact you with a question, or occasionally suggest something more suitable.
Delivered discreetly
Every order leaves our Birmingham pharmacy in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking. Standard delivery is 4.99 and express is 7.99, whatever you order.
Those checkout questions and quantity limits on certain medicines are not obstacles, they are the law working as intended, and the reason buying from a registered pharmacy is safer than buying from a marketplace. You are never charged for a pharmacy medicine our pharmacist does not approve.

Medicines deserve respect
Even familiar pharmacy medicines are still medicines, so a few rules keep everyone safe.
- Always read the label and the leaflet, and never exceed the stated dose, even when symptoms are stubborn
- Watch for the same ingredient across different products, especially paracetamol, which appears in many cold and flu remedies as well as painkillers
- Symptoms that persist, worsen or keep coming back need a pharmacist or GP, not an ever-growing shopping basket
- Store all medicines out of the sight and reach of children
