How to use
- For adults and children over 4 years: Two tablets daily (or as directed by your healthcare professional), preferably with a meal.
- Chewing the tablet before swallowing will release its full flavor and should be done thoroughly before swallowing.
- Do not exceed the recommended intake
- To be taken on a full stomach.
- Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
- Do not take more than 2 tablets in a 24-hour period.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

- Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Maltitol, Sodium Crosslinked Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1, Copper sulfate, Manganese sulfate, Sodium selenite.
