How to use
- Ensure the tablets are taken by mouth with or without food.
- The typical dosage is one tablet every 4 to 6 hours.
- Never exceed the maximum daily limit of four tablets in a period of 24 hours.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Swallow them whole with a full glass of water.
- If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
- If it's close to your next dose time, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
- Use the tablets regularly and at the same time each day to get the most benefit out of it.
- Note: Dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more information. If your symptoms persist or get worse, seek medical attention immediately.

- Side effects of Sudafed Decongestion Tablets may include nervousness, restlessness, dizziness, headache, increased blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, stomach upsets, or skin rashes. Do not use this medicine if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives while taking Sudafed. Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid using it for prolonged periods. It may cause sleeplessness if taken too close to bedtime.
- Do not use if you are allergic to Sudafed or any of its ingredients.
- Avoid usage if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or thyroid problems.
- Do not use in conjunction with other decongestants or stimulants.
- Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Do not use in children under the age of 12 without medical advice.
- Overuse may cause sleep disturbances or make your congestion worse.
