- Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take 2 capsules with a glass of water every 4-6 hours.
- Do not exceed more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.
- The capsules should be swallowed whole with water. Do not chew.
- Do not give to children under 12 years of age.

- Do not use continuously for more than 7 days without consulting a healthcare professional.
