How to use
- Daytime Capsules:
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take two red and yellow capsules every 4-6 hours, up to 3 times a day.
- Night-time Capsules:
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take two dark blue/light blue capsules to be taken at night.
- For both types of capsules, do not exceed the stated dose and ensure to swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.

- Side effects of Sudafed Congestion & Headache Relief Day Night Capsules may include nervousness, dizziness, sleeplessness, and increased blood pressure or heart rate.
- Precautions include avoiding use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Do not use these capsules with other decongestants or caffeine, and do not consume alcohol while using this medication. Stop use and consult your doctor if you experience: chest pain, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, or severe dizziness. Always follow the recommended dosage.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- May cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating heavy machinery after taking.
- Avoid alcohol while on this medication.
- Do not take if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
- Consult a doctor before taking if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, or diabetes.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
- Not advised for use in children under 12 years.
