How to use
- Before using for the first time, prime Sterimar by spraying into the air.
- Gently insert the nozzle into your nostril.
- Spray briefly and let excess solution run out, then blow your nose.
- Clean the nozzle after use with soapy water and dry.
- Use Sterimar Stop & Protect Cold & Sinusitis Relief as soon as the first symptoms of a cold or sinusitis appear. Spray once in each nostril, up to six times a day. Reduce as symptoms improve.
- It is suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children from 3 years. Do not use in case of allergies to any of the components.
