How to use
- Shake the Sterimar Stop & Protect Allergy Response bottle before use.
- Remove the protective cap, position your head over a sink and slightly tilt your head to one side.
- Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray once or twice into each nostril.
- Allow the spray to work for a few moments, then blow your nose.
- Rinse the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry.
- Repeat the process with the other nostril.
- Use 2 to 6 times a day until allergy symptoms are relieved.
- Note: It is suitable for children aged three years and adults. Always read the instructions provided with the product before using it.
