How to use
- First, shake the bottle gently.
- Before first use, prime the spray by pressing the nozzle briefly until product is released.
- Position yourself in a comfortable place, preferably with your head over a sink.
- Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle vertical.
- Spray briefly, and allow any excess solution, along with mucus or debris, to drain out before wiping it away.
- Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Clean the nozzle with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
- It's recommended to use 2 to 6 sprays in each nostril daily.
