Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy is a natural, non-medicated nasal spray that helps relieve the symptoms of hayfever and allergies. It contains natural mineral salts and seawater, which help to reduce inflammation and provide relief from sneezing, runny nose and congestion. The spray is easy to use and can be used up to 6 times a day. It is suitable for adults and children from 6 years of age. Get fast relief from hayfever and allergies with Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy!
How to use
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Take off the protective cap on the spray nozzle.
- Tilt your head slightly and insert the nozzle into your nostril.
- Lightly press down on the spray head for some seconds allowing the solution to be dispersed into your nostril.
- Repeat the same process with the other nostril.
- Blow your nose after a few seconds.
- Rinse the nozzle in warm water after each use.
- For adults, the recommended use is 2 sprays into each nostril, up to 6 times daily. For children over the age of 3, it is 1 spray into each nostril, up to 6 times daily. Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.
