How to use
- Remove the plastic cap from the nozzle of Sterimar. Ensure your device remains clean at all times.
- Tilt your head to the side over the sink and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Press down on the nozzle briefly firing a spray of the solution into your nostril.
- Allow excess solution to drain off then repeat with your other nostril.
- If necessary, blow your nose.
- Clean the nozzle after use with warm, soapy water, rinse and dry.
- Use Sterimar Congestion Relief Nasal Spray 2 to 6 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
- Always read the label and refer to the enclosed product information before use.
