SolpaOne 1000 mg Effervescent Tablets give maximum-strength paracetamol in a single, fast-dissolving dose for pain and fever. Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over who weigh more than 50 kg can use one tablet when needed, with effect typically felt within an hour. Dissolve fully in water before taking.
How to use
- Dissolve one tablet in a full tumbler of water and drink. Use one 1000 mg tablet every 6 hours if needed, up to a maximum of four tablets in 24 hours. Take only one tablet at a time and do not exceed 4000 mg paracetamol in any 24-hour period. This presentation is for adults and for adolescents aged 16 years and over who weigh more than 50 kg. Do not combine with any other paracetamol-containing medicines. If pain lasts more than 3 days, or fever lasts more than 3 days, seek medical advice.
