How to use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Use the included measuring spoon to measure out the correct dosage.
- The recommended dosage for adults and children over 15 years of age is 10ml once or twice daily.
- For children between 5 to 15 years, the recommended dosage is 10ml once daily.
- For children 1 to 4 years, the recommended dosage is only 5ml once daily.
- Seven Seas Cod liver Oil can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
- Remember, always consult your doctor or pharmacist before giving this to children or if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have existing medical conditions or are on any other medication.

- Bleeding issues: It may slow blood clotting and increase risk of bleeding; those with blood-related health problems, or undergoing surgery should take special precaution.
- Vitamin A/D Overdose: High doses of cod liver oil might cause too much Vitamin A or D in the body causing serious side effects, so avoid use above recommended dose.
- Interaction with Medication: It could interact adversely with anticoagulants, birth control pills, or blood pressure medication. Hence, caution is advised for those on medication.
- Not suitable during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Excessive consumption might pose risks during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so consult a healthcare professional before use.
