How to use
- Wet your Sensodyne toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Pronamel Whitening toothpaste onto the brush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly, focusing on all areas, especially the back teeth and gum line. Ensure you reach all surfaces of your teeth - the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
- Brush for at least two minutes to ensure the teeth are cleaned properly. This should be done twice daily: once in the morning and once before bed.
- After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but avoid rinsing your mouth with water. This allows the toothpaste to continue working even after brushing.
- For best results, along with brushing, maintain regular dental check-ups and limit sugary snacks between meals. Also, avoid brushing immediately after consuming acidic food or drinks as they can weaken tooth enamel.
- Note: This product is not recommended for children under 12 years. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
