How to use
- Open the cap of the Sensodyne Toothpaste Daily Care 75ml.
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
- Brush thoroughly in a circular motion, reaching all teeth and focusing on areas where staining and sensitivity are most common.
- Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
- Do not swallow the toothpaste; spit it out.
- For best results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after brushing.
- Always follow the label. If symptoms persist, see your dentist.
