How to use
- Open the cap of the Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash.
- Pour 10ml of mouthwash into the cap or a cup. You can use the markings on the cap to measure the right amount.
- Empty the mouthwash into your mouth.
- Swish the mouthwash around your mouth thoroughly for about one minute, making sure to reach all areas, especially the gum line and between teeth.
- After rinsing, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow.
- To get the best results, use twice daily, in the morning and at night, after brushing your teeth.
- Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after using the mouthwash.
- Remember, Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash is not suitable for use by children under 12 years unless recommended by a dentist or healthcare professional.
