How to use
- Start by washing your hands thoroughly to maintain good hygiene.
- Remove the applicator from the package. It will have a pre-filled applicator tube containing the ReplensMD moisturiser.
- Make sure you are comfortable. You can either stand with your legs apart, squat down or lie down on your back with your knees bent.
- Hold the applicator from the end where the thin tube extends out and gently insert the thick end of the applicator into your vagina.
- When the applicator is inside, push the plunger to release the moisturiser. It is advised to apply it deeply for maximum effectiveness.
- Once you have applied all of the moisturiser, gently remove the applicator.
- Dispose of the applicator in a waste bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
- Wash your hands again.
- ReplensMD Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturiser should be applied every three days for continuous comfort and relief from vaginal dryness. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. It is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide.

It should not be used during active vaginal infections or in individuals allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid using this product if pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by a healthcare professional.
