How to use
- Shake the bottle gently before use.
- Blow your nose to clear any blockage.
- Remove the plastic cap.
- Close one nostril, insert the nozzle into the other nostril.
- Start to inhale through your nose and whilst doing this, squirt the spray into your nostril by pressing down firmly on the white collar.
- Breathe out through your mouth.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- If using for the first time, prime the spray by pumping several times until a fine mist is produced.
- Usual dose for adults: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.
- Usual dose for children 6- 12 years: 1 spray into each nostril once daily.
- Ensure to clean the nozzle with warm water and dry it properly after use.
- Please follow the specific dose recommendation provided by your doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.
