How to use
- Shake the bottle gently before use.
- Before the first use, prime the spray by pumping into the air a few times until a fine mist is released.
- Blow your nose gently to clear.
- Close one nostril and tilt your head slightly forward.
- Insert the nozzle into the other nostril and spray as directed by your healthcare provider, usually one or two sprays in each nostril once daily.
- Breathe in gently through the nose and out through the mouth.
- Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use.
- Always follow the dosage instructions given by your healthcare provider and do not exceed the recommended dose. It may take a couple of days of using the spray regularly for you to feel the full effect.

- Fluticasone propionate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrose, polysorbate 80, purified water, dilute hydrochloric acid, preservatives (phenylethyl alcohol, benzalkonium chloride).
