- Panadol Extra Tablets should be taken following these steps:
- Adults, including the elderly, and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

- Tablets should be swallowed with water, milk, or juice. They can be taken with or without food.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
