How to use
- Before using the spray for the first time, remove the protective cap and press down on the pump a couple of times until a fine spray is produced.
- Hold the bottle upright, insert the nozzle into the nostril and press the pump down once to spray into each nostril.
- Take a sniff of breath after each spray.
- Do not exceed a dose of three sprays into each nostril per day.
- Remember to always replace the protective cap after use to prevent any contamination of the spray. It's important to also clean the nozzle with warm water after use and dry it properly. Do not share this nasal spray in order to prevent the spread of infections.
