Otrivine Sinusitis Relief Nasal Spray is an effective medication that relieves the symptoms of sinusitis. This 10ml spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which helps to reduce inflammation and clear blocked noses. It is suitable for adults and can provide relief from congestion, runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, and headache. It is easy to use and provides quick relief. How to use
- For use in the nose only. Shake the bottle before use.
- Before initial use, press the pump several times until a fine mist is produced.
- Blow your nose gently to clear the passageways.
- Close one nostril and insert the tip of the spray into the other nostril.
- Tilt your head slightly forward while holding the bottle upright.
- Start to breathe in slowly through the nose and whilst doing so, spray once into the nostril by pressing the pump.
- Breathe out through the mouth. Repeat step 6 if a second spray is necessary.
- Repeat steps 4-7 for the other nostril.
- Clean the nozzle with warm water, rinse and dry.
- Do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril every 6-8 hours.
- Do not exceed 3 applications daily into each nostril.
- Do not use continuously for more than seven consecutive days.
- If symptoms persist despite treatment, consult a healthcare professional.
- Remember, Otrivine Adult Nasal Spray should not be used by children under 12 years of age unless advised by a doctor. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns.

- Possible side effects include headaches, dryness or discomfort in the nose or throat, sneezing, palpitations, hypersensitivity, or allergic reactions.
- Prolonged or excessive use may cause stuffy nose again (rebound congestion).
- Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Do not use in case of allergic reaction to any of the ingredients.
- Consult with your doctor if you're pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For nasal use only. Do not ingest orally.
- Not for use in children under 12 years old.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.

- Avoid use if you have heart disease or high blood pressure.
