How to use
- Open the cap of the Oral B Toothpaste Pro Expert Whitening 75ml.
- Use a soft or medium toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the toothbrush.
- Wet your brush lightly and start brushing your teeth.
- Brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, covering all areas including the front, back, and tops of your teeth.
- Pay extra attention to your molars and hard-to-reach areas.
- Once done brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- It is recommended to brush your teeth twice daily, preferably after meals.
- For best results, use regularly.
- Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and spit it out after brushing. This toothpaste is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Side Effects & Cautions

- Not for children: It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age. For younger ones, use under adult supervision to prevent swallowing.
- In case of fluoride overdose: Get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
- Incorrect use: Do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
- Prolonged irritation: If irritation (like peeling or soreness of the oral tissue) continues beyond two weeks of use, stop using the toothpaste and consult a dentist.
