How to use
- Remove the cap of the Oral B Toothpaste 3D White Soft Mint 75ml.
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
- Wet your toothbrush slightly with water.
- Brush your teeth in a circular motion, ensuring that all surfaces of each tooth are covered. Continue to brush for at least two minutes.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove all toothpaste.
- Spit out the residual toothpaste, do not swallow.
- It is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before bed, for optimal results.
