How to use
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Oral B Toothpaste 3D White Arctic Fresh onto your toothbrush.
- Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
- Brush your teeth gently in a circular motion for 2 minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth: back, front, and chewing surfaces. Ensure to reach each tooth, especially the hard-to-reach back teeth.
- Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow.
- Rince your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Brush your teeth twice daily, ideally in the morning and at night before sleep, for the best results.
