How to use
- Place the Niquitin 2mg Mint lozenge in your mouth and slowly suck on it until the flavor starts to be strong or hot.
- Move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until the taste fades.
- Repeat this process until the lozenge completely dissolves, which usually takes about 30 minutes.
- Do not swallow, chew, or suck the lozenge quickly; let it slowly dissolve in your mouth to get maximum benefits.
- The typical dosage is 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours. However, don't use more than 15 lozenges in a day.
