How to use
- Choose a clean, dry, hairless area on your upper body or hip to apply the patch.
- Remove the patch from its packaging.
- Peel off the protective strip from the patch.
- Immediately apply the patch to your skin. Press down on it firmly for at least 10 seconds to ensure that it sticks properly.
- Do not apply the patch to the same spot for at least seven days.
- The patch should be worn for 24 hours and then replaced with a new one ‚ or earlier if it becomes dislodged.
- Remember not to skip patches. It‚√Ñ√¥s very important that you provide your body with consistent levels of nicotine.
- If you have vivid dreams or other disturbed sleep, you may remove the patch at night and then apply a new one in the morning.
- Make sure to wash your hands after handling the patch, and dispose of used patches safely, where pets and children cannot reach them.
