How to use
- Take one Nicotine Patch out of its package, remove the protective liner, and immediately apply it to your skin.
- Choose a non-hairy, clean, dry area of your skin such as the upper arm, chest, or hip. Avoid areas with cuts or irritation.
- Press the patch firmly onto your skin with the heel of your hand for at least 10 seconds. Make sure it sticks well to your skin, especially around the edges.
- Wash your hands after applying the nicotine patch.
- Remove the patch after 24 hours and apply a new one at a different skin site.
- You may have skin reactions to the patch, if the skin becomes red or swollen, remove the patch and tell your doctor.
- Do not wear more than one patch at a time.
