How to use
- Place a Nicotinell 1mg Mint Lozenge in your mouth and occasionally move it from one side to the other until it is completely dissolved. This process should take about 10 to 20 minutes.
- Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole, as this can cause potential throat or stomach irritation.
- Do not eat or drink while you have a lozenge in your mouth.
- The dose usually depends on your individual needs and smoking habits. However, the general recommendation is 8-12 lozenges per day, up to a maximum of 30 lozenges per day.
- Use the lozenge on a regular schedule and do not use more than recommended. Do not use two lozenges at once or one after another continuously, as this may lead to side effects.
