How to use
- Before first use, prime the pump by pressing the top until a fine spray appears. Repeat this process until you have a full spray.
- Hold the Quickmist as close to your mouth as possible. Press the top of the dispense to release one spray into your mouth, avoiding your lips.
- Do not inhale while spraying; it's meant to work by being absorbed into your body from your mouth.
- For best results, do not swallow for a few seconds after spraying.
- Typically, one or two sprays are sufficient to curb cravings. However, if your cravings do not disappear with one spray, take a second one.
- Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, and 64 sprays per day.

- Possible allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention if symptoms like rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing arise.
- Do not exceed recommended dose. Can lead to nicotine overdose, causing symptoms like bad headaches, confusion, nausea, and palpitations.
- Not advisable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with heart disease, stomach ulcers, or diabetes without medical advice.
- Avoid getting spray into eyes.
- Do not use if the blister seal on the mouth spray is broken.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Patients who have recently had a stroke or heart attack should not use this product.
- Immediately consult a physician if the condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days.
- Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience symptoms of nicotine misuse such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, weakness, and rapid heartbeat.
- Always follow the advice of your healthcare provider.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
- Do not use if you are non-smoker, under-age smoker, or occasional smoker.
- It's not suitable for children under 12.
- Pregnant women should not use without medical advice.
- This medicine may not be suitable for people with heart, liver or kidney problems.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Avoid contact with eyes and rinse immediately if this happens.
- Always keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not use after expiry date stated on the package.
- If any adverse reactions occur, stop using it and consult your doctor immediately.
- It may cause dizziness and sleeping disorder, avoid driving if affected.
