How to use
- You should only use Nicorette Original Gum 4mg if you are a smoker aged 18 years or over.
- Use the gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Try to use 8 ‚ 12 pieces a day.
- Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
- When the taste is strong, rest the gum between your mouth‚√Ñ√¥s jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth‚√Ñ√¥s lining.
- After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again.
- Keep repeating steps 3-5 for about 30 minutes.
- Do not use more than 15 pieces of gum a day.
- Note: If you are using the product to quit smoking completely, you should start to reduce the use of the gum after 3 months, and aim to stop using it completely by 6 months. Always read the enclosed leaflet for more information. You should not smoke while using these gums.
