How to use
- Ensure that your skin is clean, dry, and free of hair before applying the patch.
- Choose a non-irritated spot on your body, preferably on your upper body or upper outer arm.
- Tear the sachet along the edge to open it and remove the patch being careful not to touch the sticky side with your fingers.
- Peel off the protective liner and apply the sticky side of the patch to your skin while avoiding folds or wrinkles.
- Press down on the patch with the palm of your hand for at least 10 seconds to ensure it sticks properly.
- Wash your hands immediately after applying the patch to avoid transfer of nicotine to your eyes or nose which could cause stinging or redness.
- The 25mg patch is meant to be worn for 16 hours each day. Remove the patch before going to bed at night.
- Apply a new patch to a different spot each day. It is recommended to wait at least a week before using the same spot again.
- Dispose of used patches carefully by folding them in half with the sticky side inwards and putting them back in the sachet or in a piece of foil.
