How to use
- Clean the area of skin where you're going to apply the patch. Make sure it's dry and free of any hair or irritation.
- Open the sachet carefully by cutting or tearing along the dotted line.
- Remove the smaller part of the backing film, and apply the patch to your skin and peel off the rest of the film while avoiding touching the sticky surface with fingers.
- Press the patch onto your skin for about 10 seconds. Make sure it sticks directly to your skin and not to your clothes.
- Wash your hands after applying the patch to avoid any residue.
- Remove the patch after 16 hours and replace it with a new one the next day.
- Apply the new patch to a different area of your skin to avoid skin irritation.
- You can shower, bathe or swim while wearing the patch but avoid exposing it to extreme heat.
