How to use
- Firstly, make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free of any hair or creams.
- Open the pouch that the patch is in. Do not cut or damage the patch.
- Remove the protective liner and avoid touching the sticky side of the patch.
- Apply the patch to a non-hairy, clean, dry part of your body such as your hip, upper arm or chest.
- Press down on the patch with the palm of your hand for about 10 seconds to make sure it sticks properly.
- Replace the patch every 24 hours, applying it to a different area of skin each day to reduce the chance of skin irritation.
- Do not wear a patch for more than 24 hours as it will no longer be effective, and this can also increase the risk of skin irritation.
- Note: if you're obese or a heavy smoker, you may need a higher dose. Please contact a health professional for advice. Do not overlap patches.
- Remember to dispose of the patch safely once removed.
