How to use
- Make sure your hands are clean.
- Remove a piece of Nicorette Original Gum 2mg from the pack.
- Place the gum in your mouth and start chewing slowly until you feel a tingling sensation.
- Once you feel the tingling sensation, park the gum between your cheek and gums.
- After the tingling sensation is gone, start chewing the gum again.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for about 30 minutes.
- Note: Do not exceed 15 pieces of 2mg gum in a day. This product is generally not advised for people under 18 years old. Consult your healthcare provider if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a serious medical condition, or use prescription medications before use. Always read and follow the manual that comes with the product.
