How to use
- Start using Nicorette Freshmint Gum 4mg if your doctor has advised you to do so.
- Begin by chewing the gum slowly until you start to taste a strong flavor.
- Once you taste the strong flavor, rest the gum between your teeth and cheek. This is known as "parking" the gum.
- When the taste fades, start chewing again.
- Continue this "chew, park, chew" routine for about 30 minutes to ensure the nicotine is fully released.
- Do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes before or while chewing the gum.
- Use a maximum of 15 pieces of gum per day.
- Make sure not to use nicotine gum for longer than 12 weeks.
