How to use
- Place the Nicorette Cools Icy Mint Lozenge 4mg in your mouth.

- During this time, try to minimize swallowing and move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until it's completely dissolved.
- Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole.
- Do not eat or drink while the lozenge is in your mouth. You can repeat these steps every 1-2 hours or as directed by your healthcare provider.
- Do not use more than 20 lozenges a day unless directed by a doctor.
