How to use
- Take one lozenge whenever you feel the urge to smoke.
- Place the lozenge in your mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve, which should take about 20-30 minutes. Avoid chewing or swallowing it.
- Do not eat or drink while the lozenge is in your mouth.
- It is recommended not to use more than 15 lozenges per day.
- Continue using the Nicorette Cools Icy Mint Lozenges in this way on a regular basis as part of a quit smoking program.
- Do not use for longer than 12 weeks unless directed by your doctor.
