How to use
- Shake the bottle before use. For adults and children over 12 years, take one or two 5ml spoonfuls (undiluted or in a little water) two or three times daily before meals. For children aged 6 to 12 years, give one 5ml spoonful two or three times daily before meals. Metatone Tonic is not suitable for children under 6 years. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

- Constipation: This tonic may cause constipation in some individuals.
- Iron overload: Overuse of Metatone, which contains iron, can lead to iron overload in the body, which can cause serious health issues.
- Alcohol content: This tonic contains small amounts of alcohol. Therefore, it should be used cautiously in individuals with liver disease, alcoholism, epilepsy, brain injury or disease, or in pregnant women.
- Drug interactions: Metatone may interact with other medications, including those for Parkinson's disease and some antidepressants, which could cause serious side effects.
- Always take medications under the supervision of a health professional. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, or if you notice any unusual symptoms, seek medical help promptly.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years.
