How to use
- Start with brushing your teeth thoroughly.
- Pour 20ml of Listerine Total Care Mild Mint Mouthwash into a cup. This is roughly equivalent to 4 teaspoons.
- Empty the cup of mouthwash into your mouth.
- Swish the mouthwash around your mouth for about 30 seconds ensuring it reaches all areas, including your teeth, gums, and the roof of your mouth.
- After rinsing for 30 seconds, spit out the mouthwash into the sink.
- Do not swallow the mouthwash.
- Avoid eating or drinking anything for 30 minutes after using the mouthwash for optimal effect.
- Repeat these steps twice daily: once in the morning and once before bedtime.

- Eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salicylate, thymol, hydrogen peroxide, water, sorbitol, alcohol, poloxamer 407, sodium saccharin, flavor.
