How to use
- Open the cap of the Listerine Spearmint Mouthwash bottle.
- Pour approximately 20 ml of the mouthwash into a cup, or to the fill line on the cap.
- Empty the cup into your mouth.
- Swish the mouthwash around your mouth thoroughly. Make sure it reaches all parts of your mouth, including your gums, on the inside and outside of your teeth, the roof of your mouth and under your tongue.
- Continue swishing for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Once you are done, spit out the mouthwash into the sink.
- Avoid swallowing the mouthwash or eating or drinking anything for 15-30 minutes after to let the product work at its full potential.
- Always remember to rinse your mouth with water afterwards to prevent any residue being left behind which could cause a burning sensation.
- Use twice daily, morning and night, as part of your oral hygiene routine.
