How to use
- Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or cup.
- Fill with boiling water up to the 200 ml mark, or approximately 3/4 full.
- Stir well until the granules dissolve fully.
- Allow the drink to cool down to a safe, drinkable temperature.
- Drink the entire content of the mug or cup.
- Repeat the process every 4 - 6 hours if necessary, but do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
- Ensure there is at least 4 hours gap between each dose.
- Note: These directions are intended for adults and children over 12 years old only.

- Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Citric Acid, Saccharin Sodium, Aspartame, Lemon Flavour, Curcumin WD.
