How to use
- For adults and children aged 16 years and over:
- Daytime capsules:
- Take 2 yellow/day-time capsules every 4-6 hours, up to 3 times a day, if necessary.
- Do not take more than 6 daytime capsules (3 doses) in any 24 hour period.
- Night-time capsules:
- Take 2 blue/night-time capsules to be taken at night.
- Do not take the night capsule if you have already consumed 3 doses during the day. Ensure there is at least 4 hours gap between doses.
- Swallow the capsules whole with water, they must not be chewed. Do not consume more than the recommended dose and do not take these capsules continuously for more than 5 days without seeking medical advice.
- Do not give to children under the age of 16, unless prescribed by a doctor.
