How to use
- Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or cup.
- Fill with hot but not boiling water up to the 200ml mark, and stir until dissolved.
- Allow the drink to cool down to a safe temperature.
- Drink the entire contents of the cup.
- Repeat every 4-6 hours as necessary.
- Don't take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
- (Note: Always consult the leaflet or healthcare professional for full instructions and do not exceed the recommended dose.)

- Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sucrose, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Lemon Flavour, Saccharin Sodium.

- Possible side effects may include allergic reactions, worsening of asthma, gastrointestinal upset, dizziness, skin rash, headache, sleep disturbances, and raised blood pressure.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Avoid alcohol as it may increase drowsiness.
- May cause drowsiness or dizziness, so be cautious while driving or operating machinery.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after three days.
- Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
- Do not use if you are taking other medicines containing paracetamol or if you have liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or overactive thyroid.
- Do not use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 14 days.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Avoid consumption if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by a doctor.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Overdosage may cause liver damage.
- Do not take with other products containing paracetamol.
