How to use
- Empty the sachet content into your cup or mug.
- Fill it with hot, but not boiling, water until up to ¾ full.
- Stir well until the granules have fully dissolved to create a warm beverage.
- Drink the entire beverage straight away.
- For adults and children aged 16 and over, one sachet should be taken every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed four doses in any 24 hour period. Always allow at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give to children under 16, unless on the advice of a doctor.
