Product information
Gramegran contains sumatriptan, a triptan for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura. It works on serotonin receptors to narrow dilated cranial blood vessels and ease headache, nausea and light sensitivity. Relief usually starts within 30 to 60 minutes.
How to use
- Take one 50 mg tablet as soon as the headache phase begins. Swallow whole with water. If the first tablet does not help, do not take another for the same attack. If symptoms improve then return, you may take a second 50 mg tablet after 2 hours. Do not take more than 300 mg in 24 hours. Use for diagnosed migraine only.
Main Ingredients
- Each film-coated tablet contains sumatriptan succinate equivalent to 50 mg sumatriptan. Other ingredients include lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate, with a film coat containing hypromellose, titanium dioxide E171 and triacetin, sometimes iron oxides depending on brand.
