Fybogel Natural provides a gentle daily fibre supplement that relieves constipation and keeps you regular the way nature intended, without stimulant laxatives. This is the plain, unflavoured version.
How it works
Ispaghula husk is a natural bulk-forming fibre that absorbs water in the bowel, making stools softer, larger and easier to pass, typically working within 12 to 72 hours.
How to use
Adults, one sachet stirred into a glass of water morning and evening, preferably after meals. Drink immediately, and keep fluids up during the day. Not immediately before bed.
Active ingredient

Side effects
Some wind or bloating in the first few days is common and usually settles as your gut adjusts. A full list of possible side effects is in the patient information leaflet supplied with the medicine.
Cautions
Always take with plenty of water. Not suitable if you have difficulty swallowing or a bowel blockage. If constipation persists beyond a week of use, or you notice bleeding, weight loss or a lasting change in bowel habit, see your GP. Always read the label.
